Capabilities

One partner, start to finish.

Eight areas of work, from the first brief to the last shipment. Here is what happens in each, why it matters, and what you receive.

  1. 01 / 08

    Sample development

Your idea, made into something you can hold.

    What happens
We turn your brief, references and artwork into a physical sample built to the specification you approved.
    Why it matters
A sample settles what drawings cannot: fit, finish and feel, before you commit to a run.
    What you receive
A finished sample, with its progress visible in your account.
  2. 02 / 08

    Pattern & fit

The shape of the garment, decided on purpose.

    What happens
Patterns are developed or adjusted to the fit you describe, and worked through your size set.
    Why it matters
Fit is what people notice first, and it is hard to change once production starts.
    What you receive
A sample cut from the pattern you approved, with fit notes you can respond to.
  3. 03 / 08

    Fabric sourcing

Fabric chosen for the garment, not the other way round.

    What happens
We help you choose a fabric that suits the garment, the decoration and your budget, then source it for the sample and the order.
    Why it matters
Fabric decides how a garment drapes, wears and takes decoration.
    What you receive
Your fabric and colour choices recorded on the request, alongside any reference you supplied.
  4. 04 / 08

    Printing & embroidery

    Decoration matched to the artwork.

    What happens
Screen print, DTF, embroidery, puff and sublimation, applied to the placement you specify.
    Why it matters
The method changes how artwork looks, feels and wears.
    What you receive
Method and placement confirmed on your sample request before work starts.
  5. 05 / 08

    Cut & sew

Construction that follows the approved sample.

    What happens
Panels are cut and sewn to the sample you approved.
    Why it matters
Production should match what you signed off, not an interpretation of it.
    What you receive
Production that follows your approved sample, tracked in your account.
  6. 06 / 08

    Quality control

Checks along the way, not only at the end.

    What happens
Garments are checked at several points during production, including a final inspection before packing.
    Why it matters
Problems caught early reach fewer garments and cost less to fix.
    What you receive
Garments that have passed inspection before they are packed.
  7. 07 / 08

    Packaging

    Packed the way you asked.

    What happens
Garments are folded, packed and prepared for delivery to the packaging specification on your order.
    Why it matters
Packaging is the first thing your customer handles.
    What you receive
    Packing recorded against your order.
  8. 08 / 08

    Fulfillment

    Delivery you can follow.

    What happens
An order can ship in one or several shipments, and each shipment has its own status.
    Why it matters
You can plan around what has left, what is on the way and what has arrived.
    What you receive
A tracking link for your order showing where each shipment stands.
